Arsène Wenger keen on Messi plus international round up

Commenting for French television TF1, Arsène Wenger hinted on numerous arsenal insight. A part from helping on some Austrian words, he talked about Clichy and his slipping problems. He went on to talk about a Bayern Munich prospect a left back of Philippines and Nigerian origin playing for Austria.
Asked about his interest on Messi, he said who wouldn't want Messi in his team? He believes his problem with the Argentine national team is linked with the fact he has been trained so one-dimensionally in Barcelona since his youth. He said he likes to play youngsters in different positions to help them mature and adapt more quicker in new environment or system. Asked if Arsenal can match the big boys on getting players of Messi fees he said, if Arsenal chooses to spend few teams can match them from now.
The reporter told him :" Arshavin scored for Russia, does that please you?" Wenger said :"No, I would be pleased if he did not play." He was very concerned when Clichy got a knock in the game.
